3. How did you all meet?
Six Sided Halo started out as an idea created by our lead guitarist Jay Avarice. Feeling the need to express himself creatively and without constraint, Jay started writing material for a future project he dubbed “Six Sided Halo”. Looking for musicians to help his vision come to fruition, Jay stumbled upon vocalist Dustin “DC” Carrison and multi-instrumentalist Raydn1. As a singer/songwriter growing up in Las Vegas, DC was able to take his every influence and adapt it to his unique vocal delivery. As a rhythm guitarist and programmer, Phoenix native Raydn1 not only brought his experience, but his electronic background and influence as well to our band. Soon after meeting we agreed that there was definitely something to build upon and moved forward in finding the rest of the pieces to the puzzle. Drummer and Los Angeles transplant Chaz soon joined Six Sided Halo upon the recommendation of Avarice. As the drummer who wrote with Avarice during the idea stage of Six Sided Halo, it was only natural that he be a part of the band he helped set the foundation for. Originally from Chicago, bassist Pauly proved to be the perfect finishing touch to Six Sided Halo.
